Here are the albums that are currently rocking my ipod:
treats_sleigh bells
hard hitting rocker feel with the beautiful voice of alexis krauss and the slaying guitar skills of derek miller. if you can somehow imagine jimmy page‘s guitar combined with sue sylvester‘s cheerleaders pumped through the wall of sound then you can imagine this sound…fresh and powerful this was the soundtrack to much of our time in the states last month!

if its possible to have an opposite sound of sleigh bells, then this may be it. adele’s sultry voice is soothing and relaxing and pure awesomeness.
the civil wars_barton hallow
joy williams and john paul white infuse the conflict found in their name into their lyrics, as they explore the conflict of relationship and the paradox of emotions that we often feel with those we love most. they have found a unique voice(s) that is at times chilling and at others beautiful. you should go and download anything they’ve ever done…right now.

so, i’m not really listening to the entire album, but emily and i downloaded “like a g6″ and we pretty much listen to it all the time…in fact, i just got home from the office and it was the first song i played…i’m addicted to it…
